Here at long last is the video from FIDDLESTICKS 4!! Olchar's report below contextualizes this installment's events, which acquired a certain consistency.
This poem was written by the late Mr. Hugo's fellow rat and protege, the Bar Bar Baron, relayed via David Beris Edward's blog from Warren to Olchar to Tomislav, and then declaimed by a puppet made by dadaDavid Hartke.

Y'know, I can't actually remember writing that simultaneous poem. It sounds like it might be mine, though, so I'll assume it is.
Also, what a wonderful tribute to Mr Hugo Ball-Rat! Allow me to reiterate how incredibly fucking awesome I think that puppet is. Will I get to meet it in person (as it were) at the anti-(un)-festival?
Oh, yes you will. Hopefully you will get to meet its maker as well, but Dave (Hartke that is) is still unsure--new job in Florida, etc....
I don't think the puppet's picked up a name yet....
